One woman described her experience as an “absolute nightmare” and being “fraught with difficulty”, spending “three years going around in circles” and with the cost of the Judicial Separation coming to \u20ac30,000 for her alone, while it cost her husband \u20ac60,000 – bringing the cost of their separation to \u20ac90,000.
Another man who rang in told Andrea that his separation took over six years; he was in and out of court and that it was a long, drawn-out and expensive process, especially where children are involved.
He advised people to go to mediation <\/strong>as it is the best way to do it. He added: if you can sit down and talk it is the best way as really helps the process because once you start fighting and you get involved with the legal process you can say goodbye to \u20ac80,000.
Another lady commented that while their divorce was amicable, it still cost her \u20ac32,000 while her husband had a bill for \u20ac17,000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
